Leadly is an AI receptionist and clinic operations platform built for medical and aesthetic practices in Egypt and the wider Middle East and North Africa region.
Healthcare in MENA runs on instant messaging. Patients message their dentist the same way they message their cousin. They expect a reply in minutes, in their dialect, at any hour. They send Instapay receipts as screenshots. They book for their entire family from one phone number. They cancel and reschedule with one-line messages.
Most clinic software was built somewhere else, for somewhere else. It assumes patients will install an app, log into a portal, fill out a form, and call during business hours. None of that maps to how care actually gets delivered here.
Leadly was built from the ground up for the way this region actually practices medicine. Egyptian Arabic at the model level. Instapay-aware deposit flows. Family-account booking. Multi-tenant by design so each clinic owns its data, its brand, and its patient relationships. Patients reach the AI chat the way they already reach the clinic — a quick message to the receptionist, who sends back a personalized Leadly link with one click. No new number to remember, no app to install.
Leadly is operated by Leadly Egypt LLC, a Delaware limited liability company formed in 2026. Our registered office is at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. Day-to-day operations and customer support are based in Cairo, Egypt, where the majority of our customers operate.
We currently serve clinics in Egypt across 22 medical and aesthetic verticals, including dental practices, dermatology and aesthetic medicine clinics, fertility centers, ophthalmology, pediatrics, and physiotherapy. We are expanding into the Gulf Cooperation Council markets — Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait — in 2026.
Our engineering team works in close collaboration with the clinics that use the platform. New features ship weekly, often based on direct conversations with clinic owners and receptionists. We do not believe in feature parity with platforms built for US or European healthcare — we believe in feature relevance for the operational realities of clinics here.
The platform is built on a multi-tenant architecture where every clinic's data is logically isolated. Conversations, patient records, payment information, and clinical notes are partitioned per tenant, and our infrastructure enforces this isolation at every layer. We use industry-standard cryptographic protections in transit and at rest. See our Security page for the technical detail.
Clinics trust Leadly with sensitive patient information — medical histories, X-rays, payment data, conversation transcripts. We treat that trust as the foundation of our business. Our Privacy Policy explicitly lists every third-party service we use to process patient data, what each one does, and where it operates. Our Terms of Service are written in plain English and govern every customer relationship without surprise clauses.
